Inkling Coaching works with leaders to create extraordinary lives and careers. Inkling was set up to provide consistently high quality, impactful coaching to individuals and groups who are looking to build the confidence and capability to succeed in senior roles, and to thrive and succeed in these roles. Inkling provides four main services to its clients:
Individual coaching
Working one-on-one with clients to maximise their strengths, manage their weaknesses and shape a career that is as enjoyable as it is successful.
Executive team development
Identifying where leadership teams are going, what’s holding them back and agreeing on what is needed to fulfil a team’s potential and really fly as a group. Setting up an environment in which the tough conversations can be had, and individuals understand the behaviours they need to change to contribute fully to team performance.
Leadership program design and facilitation
Designing and delivering leadership programs that are impactful, engaging, energising and offer exceptional return on your investment.
Women’s leadership programs
Delivering Inkling Coaching’s three flagship programs to small groups of women leaders:
- The Inspirit Program. Based on five years of research on remarkable women leaders (Bansh & Cranston, 2009), Inspirit has been designed to enable senior women to achieve lasting success and fulfillment in their careers. It comprises four meaningful, practical and enjoyable one-day workshops on how to build an outstanding career, two diagnostics to deepen understanding of strengths and weaknesses, a facebook forum to provide ongoing support, and a share the success day to share results and insights.
- Catalyst Women in Leadership. Catalyst is a six-day training program that offers women who are relatively new leaders the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and self-confidence required to undertake leadership roles within their organisations.
- Speakeasy. Speakeasy is a two-day workshop aimed at women who enjoy their work and take pride in their achievements, but who struggle with nerves whenever they are asked to speak in public. Speakeasy provides groups of 12 participants with tried and tested tips and techniques to overcome their fears, to understand and use their strengths and to become comfortable and accomplished public speakers. A safe, supportive and encouraging environment is fostered to enable fearless practice of the techniques introduced.
