| Dive in. Do whatever you have to do to get on this program. It’s a challenging and thoughtful journey that you’ll be led on. It’s also hugely fun! If you’re looking to be brave and lean into discomfort, this program will help guide you through it.The Inspirit Program has been a refreshing program that gets to the essence of what leads to success – including what success means. The program has been challenging, fun and exhilarating. It’s perception changing!
This program must continue. It’s the best training I’ve done with my organisation and the most meaningful. It works on all levels to help us live our potential at work as well as in our lives generally. It was a rare and precious thing to do the course as a bunch of fantastic women, with the discussions able to include some women-specific experiences of work and life. Inspirit has been a delight and has made a difference. This program takes a different approach from other development programs – focusing on understanding and building on our strengths. Guided by the infectious enthusiasm of Gemma Munro, participants work through a journey of self-discovery. With tools and lessons to help along the way. An empowering and life changing program, learning how to find and live life’s pleasures. The Inspirit Program provides a safe, positive environment for women of any age, at any stage of their life, to reflect and analyse how life can be better whether at work or at home. To focus on identifying and developing strengths is logical when you think about it, but so not how most training and development occurs. Defining life goals and objectives is a common ‘catch-cry’ but when developed in the context of strengths is very powerful. I would recommend this Inspirit Program as part of any workplace development program. I am glad Inspirit did not turn out to be your average management / leadership course. It encouraged participants to come up with the ‘answers’ themselves by giving us the tool kit needed to take a really satisfying journey of self-discovery. What was truly great was an unfolding of the sessions. The course is challenging, it is not conventional, and is very inspiring. I am sure I will be often going back to the notes, putting into practice the things I need to and connecting with the fabulous group of women on the program. Thanks Gemma. The program challenges you to often confront ingrained beliefs and practices, and equips you with the skills and techniques to continue your self-development long after the program is over. It provides a wonderful opportunity to draw on the expertise and experiences of a diverse group of fabulous women. This program delivers exactly what the title suggests – it inspires your spirit. This has surely got to be the way to create leaders. Inspirit means to encourage, hearten and enliven – and I have been encouraged, heartened and enlivened by The Inspirit Program. Inspirit has taught me that I can wake up at any time. I haven’t lost the passion – it still drives me. I have also realised I’m not alone. What I’ve seen through Inspirit is that women supporting women has tremendous potential to break down deep patterns. My future has changed as a result of Inspirit. I know that what I will do differently is to be COURAGEOUS. Challenging, confronting and inspiring all in the one package. The culture of the course was warm, embracing, supportive and encouraged openness. Highly recommend the course to people at all levels, not just senior. |
The Speakeasy program was an eye-opener! I found so much potential within myself that I didn’t know existed. It really helped me focus on why I am doing presentations and how I can make it a better experience for both me and my audience. What a great program! Packed with lots of activities, opportunities to practice speaking and get valuable, specific feedback for improvement. The program was well organised, engaging throughout and very skills focused. The venue was very comfortable, a warm environment. Good size group. I thoroughly recommend the program to women who would like to be confident and effective presenters.
A great program with a focus on strengths. Confronting, challenging and most importantly a rewarding program. This program provided so much benefit and value, the following were my key take-aways:
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and may even (quietly) be looking forward to putting my new skills into action! This was the best money I have ever spent on training. There were so many great ‘gems’ to take away and practice. Fully experiential – practice/feedback, practice/feedback, practice/feedback. All participants nailed it by end of day – we saw real improvements in skill and confidence. |
